it’s all good

taking a quick break from work while the ‘puter catches up on some tasks.  thought i’d spout out some tidbits.

CARDS: after last month my hands have dropped significantly.  instead, i’ve been taking in vids.  actually more than i realized.  certainly didn’t hurt.  still, it’s been a steady stream of B game this month.  well, with some A moments mixed in.  they make me feel all warm and fuzzy.

coming home last night i saw an albino deer.  the neighbor had seen it last month, so it’s probably living just over the hill.  neat stuff.  i’ll add that to the owl that made me stop in the middle of the road (it was grabbing a dead possum that was biggger than either of my cats.  damned things are MUCH bigger than I realized.  40″ wingspan on a 20″ bird).  and i caught a grey fox skipping across the road in daylight last week.  critters are all over these days. 

right now it’s Snowing.  covered the leaves on the trees.  there’s a fire in the wood stove, and the beagle is sleeping between my desk and the wife’s here in the den.  i’m planning on going out to dinner tonight at a steakhouse with the family, and then the phils game.  between the snow, the fire, a cup of apple cider and my new ipod landing today, i’m Christmas Night quality happy. 

loading up the tommy angelo 8-fold path onto the ipod.  i’m making a trip to Boston this weekend, and even though i probably won’t have much time to kill, i’ll at least have the ipod loaded with stuff :)
